Terms and Conditions:

We cannot guarantee your place in any class until full payment has been made.

Once payment has been made, there will be no refund available. However, you are able to change courses up to 48 hours before the commencement of the course you are booked in to. Likewise, if you find yourself unable to complete a course, you may put your remaining classes on hold until a later date when you are able to complete the course. If you miss a class, we will do our best to put you in another class to make it up, however this is not always possible, especially with higher level classes due to the limited number of these higher classes that are running at any one time.

Privacy:

The Spanish Cat is acutely aware of our responsibilities to our customers. We do not allow our services to be used for the purpose of sending unsolicited email (spam/ spamming). We are highly sensitive to the privacy of our customer's data and will not make available the list's names, addresses, or any other information to anyone without the subscriber's express permission. We also require that each message sent include a satisfactory option for the subscriber to remove himself or herself (ie. Opt-out).

Unsolicited Email (SPAM)
Unsolicited email (spam) is email sent to a recipient that has not requested (ie. Opted-in) whether or not that email is sent on a one time or repeated basis.

Mailing Lists
The Spanish Cat does not sell or rent out mailing lists of its customers. Information about specific email recipients is not shared with anyone.

Data Storage
The Spanish Cat stores its database list. This list contains email addresses and other demographic information. A customer's details are never shared with anyone else. Confidentiality of the customer list is a top priority.
